Our trading hours are as follows;
Sydney - Tuesday to Saturday 11am-5pm.
Melbourne - Monday to Sunday 11am-5pm.We will be participating in social distancing in our store, and have increased hygiene practices to ensure a safe environment for our valued customers and staff.

How can I enquire on a product or make a purchase?
We offer many ways to shop our Seiko watch assortment. You can connect with one of our boutique team members by phone (contact information above). We may also be able to offer a private appointment, please ask a boutique team member for more details. As always, our website offers a wonderful assortment from our collection for your viewing at any time at www.seikowatches.com/au-en. We are still accepting multiple forms of payment online or over the phone and continue to ship throughout Australia. A select range of watches is also available for purchase via our e-commerce site www.seikoboutique.com.au.
How do I collect my special order?
While there may be some delivery delays due to the COVID-19 restrictions in place, special orders are still in process. As special orders arrive, our team will be in touch with those who have placed orders to discuss payment and delivery options during our boutique closure. Please contact the boutique team to enquire on further details.
Can I collect my repair?
We are still able to assist you on your repairs that are in process. For our Melbourne boutique, please contact the Melbourne service centre directly by phone at 03 9644 5555 or email to Lidiya.Trajovski@Seiko.com.au.
All other repairs are being processed through our head office service centre which remains open with a reduced team. To enquire on your repair, please contact the service centre directly at 1300-300-776.
